This site is available only for us for people who are resident of the United States. If you are located outside the United States please do not use our services. By using our website and our services you agree to these policies, which may be updated from time to time.

Information We Collect

As a dating application we collect the information you provide to us which is necessary to use our services. This includes information in your basic profile and information about the type of people you would like to meet.  We also collect financial and payment information about you as needed to process any payments you make to us for the use of the services. In addition, we collect information about your use of our services.  To the extent we have any business partners or affiliates, including third party marketing affiliates, we may collect information about the way you use our site to link to or access any services available on our site or through any links our on website that enable you to access those linked sites or services.  Finally, we also collect technical information related to the use of our computer and online systems and information that we may use to effectively and efficiently provide our services.

• When you set up an account you provide us with your name, phone number, email address and other contact information. You also provide us with photos or images of yourself, your bio, your interests and preferences. You may also give us photos and videos. By providing us with this information you give us consent to use this information so we can provide our services to you. You may also be requested to provide your date of birth and related information to help verify your identity and verify you are over 18 years of age. (Our services are not available to anyone under 18). You also agree that we may use this information to verify compliance with our terms of use.
• When you purchase services from us you will provide us with payment information and other information to allow us to process your payments, including credit card numbers, credit card information and sometimes banking or financial information. You authorize us to use this information for payment purposes and we may maintain this information for payment verification and accounting purposes and related purposes.

• If you share access to any social media accounts with us we will have the information from those accounts.
• Of course, if you use our services to communicate with other members we will have information regarding your communications with them.

How We Share this Information

1. With Other Members.  As we are a dating app, the purpose of this app is to allow members to meet with other members. This means that we share your public profile with the other members using our services. Once you connect with another member, the information you authorize to be shared will be shared with that member. In addition, to the extent you use our services to communicate with other members those communications will be shared. 
2. With our Providers. To the extent we have third party services providers who assist in providing services, such as data hosting companies, ISPs, customer services providers and payment processors we share needed information with them to assist in providing our services. Generally, we only provide our third party providers with the information they need to provide the services they provide to us. In addition, we have agreements in place with our vendors to protect the information that they are provided from further disclosure.
3. With Our Affiliates. We may engage business partners and affiliates to help market our services or who allow us to market their services to our members who may be interested in their services. Those partners and affiliates may be provided with certain limited information to allow them to market their services to our members.

To Enforce Our Legal Rights.  We have the right to use the information our members provide: to help us defend any lawsuit or legal claims against us or to mitigate any damages we may incur in any such lawsuit or legal claim; to protect our legal right or the rights of our members, business partners or affiliates or other interested parties; to enforce our legal agreements with you; or to investigate, prevent or take any legal action to prevent any illegal activity or fraud.

With Law Enforcement: We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary or appropriate: to comply with any subpoena, court order, search warrant or law enforcement action or where otherwise legally required to be disclosed; to assist in the prevention of any criminal activity; or to protect the health or safety of any member, any of our employees or any third party.

Your Rights

You have the right and ability to update the information in your profile at any time using the tools provided in the app. If you have any questions or concerns about the accuracy of the information we have about you contact us and we will assist in updating your information.

You can uninstall the app at any time and this will remove the app and all related information from your devices. We will maintain certain information that has been provided to us in accordance with our data retention policies.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we retain about at you any time. you can contact us at any time to request such a copy. You may request that we delete personal information about you at any time by submitting an appropriate request to us. You may also request at any time that we correct any personal information we have about you.

We reserve the right to request that you verify your identity and the information in yoriu account before we provide you with any information about your account or any request to correct or update any information.

How Long We Retain Your Information

We will comply with any applicable laws or regulations which require that we maintain any information about you or the services provided to you. In addition, we will generally maintain any information we have in our files about you for a minimum of 90 days after you close your account to allow for account reviews and safety reviews. All information related to any financial transactions will be maintained following the closing of your account for the time necessary account to allow for the completion of any required tax or accounting reporting.

We reserve the right to maintain any customer records for an extended period of time in the event of any actual or potential legal disputes or investigations.

In the event of any legal disputes with you or regarding your account, we will retain all information we have about your account until after final termination of the legal dispute or any legal action.

No Children Allowed

Our services are limited to adults over 18 years of age. No one under 18 is authorized to use our services. We reserve the right to take steps to require age verification for use of our services.

Privacy Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify, amend or revise this privacy policy at any time. We will post any updated policy on our website and in our app. Those updated policies will be effective once they are posted.
